PolyU SCIENCE Young Talents Competition 2026 - Final Competition

Are you an aspiring scientist ready to transform curiosity into discovery? The Faculty of Science of PolyU is dedicated to cultivating the next generation of young scientists. To champion this mission, we proudly present the “PolyU SCIENCE Young Talents Competition 2026”, inviting ambitious secondary school students to participate from January to March 2026.

During the final stage, teams will have the opportunity to conduct exciting and challenging experiments in PolyU laboratories. Below is the details of the Final Competition:

• Date: 21 March 2026 (Saturday)

• Time: 9am – 5:30pm

• The Final Competition will consist of three parallel sessions in the following streams: Biology and Food Science, Chemistry, and Physics.

• All teams will need to complete three tasks within the laboratory facility or classroom, with each task lasting 90 minutes.

• All participants must attend all sessions on the PolyU campus in person.

為培育下一代年輕科學家，香港理工大學理學院隆重呈獻「理大科學青年人才比賽2026」，誠邀有抱負的中學生於2026年1月至3月期間參與。這比賽將為參賽隊伍提供一個發掘無限潛能的平台。

在決賽中，參賽隊伍將在理大實驗室參與有趣且具有挑戰性的實驗。以下為決賽詳情：

• 日期：2026年3月21日（星期六）

• 時間：上午9:00 – 下午5:30

• 比賽將分三場進行，分別為：生物與食品科學、化學、物理。

• 參賽隊伍需要在實驗室或教室中完成 3 項指定任務。 每個任務限時90分鐘。

• 所有參賽隊伍必須親身出席理大校園參加所有項目。
