Reconnecting at the Annual General Meeting of the Department of English Alumni Association and Exploring the New Home of ENGL
On 12 September 2025, the Department of English Alumni Association (DEAA) came together for a special evening of connection, reflection, and forward-looking discussion. The evening began with a guided visit to the new Department premises at PolyU Hung Hom Bay campus, followed by the Annual General Meeting (AGM). The atmosphere was warm and collegial as alumni in attendance joined the DEAA executive committee to explore fresh ideas to enrich the alumni community. One of the planned activities was the annual Joint Reunion Dinner scheduled for the first quarter of 2026. As the Association plans various alumni activities, it encourages more ENGL alumni to join the DEAA to strengthen the community.
