PolyU Linguistics, the discipline in which a large number of FH staff members are engaged, is ranked 10th* in Asia and
51st worldwide in the 2021 Quacquarelli Symonds University Rankings. PolyU’s Arts and Humanities is ranked 18th* in Asia and 124th in the world.

Quacquarelli Symonds University Rankings by Subject ranks universities in individual subject areas based on academic
reputation, employer reputation and research impact.
