While some may think that hiking is an exhausting activity, it can actually refresh your mind. Through proper training in this course, you can step out of your comfort zone and obtain the Certificate.
有些人會覺得登山是一個很勞累的活動，但事實上，登山可以讓你抖擻精神，並讓你突破自己的限制。登山沒有分成功與失敗，透過參與這個課程及專業導師的指導，你將可以衝破自己的界限，並取得山藝訓練證書。
Teaching Mode: Face-to-face

Quota: 24 per class
Remarks:
- Minors should obtain prior consent and signature from parent(s)/guardian(s). 未成年之人士必需得到家長／監護人同意及簽署。
- Participants should purchase own insurance, prepare hiking equipment; and be responsible for their own transportation and meals. 參加者須自備：保險、裝備、交通及飲食。
- Participants are required to attend all sessions. 參加者必須出席所有課堂。
- Promoting hiking and developing participants’ interest in hiking.
推廣登山運動，培養學員對登山遠足運動產生興趣。 - Teaching participants some basic mountaineering and hiking knowledge, skills and safety concepts.
教授學員基本的山藝知識及技術，向學員灌輸登山的安全觀念。 - Teaching participants to care about the environment when hiking.
協助學員培養良好的登山態度，鼓勵學員關注和愛護山野環境。
