Terrence is the Senior Manager of Social Team at J.C.DISI. He specialises in innovation training and bringing co-creation projects to life. He has led a range of initiatives, including river revitalisation studies, well-being estate co-creation projects, healthcare leadership training, and service innovation. He believes that good innovation grows from empathy and an open organisational culture, and that to experience is the key to changing people's mindsets.
