Frankie is the Project Associate of the ASCEND Tech for Good Scheme at J.C.DISI, supporting and coordinating youth-led startups to ensure smooth operations and advance the scheme’s mission of bridging the digital divide. He holds Master's degrees in Sociology and Journalism from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Leveraging his diverse experience in NGO elderly services, community engagement, university teaching support, and media editing, he is dedicated to fostering cross-sector collaboration and driving innovative solutions for social good.
