Summary
As Alumni Week continues, join fellow alumni for an evening that brings together the taste of Chinese cuisine, Chinese grape wines and the pleasure of reading. Co-organised by the Alumni Foodie Club and the Alumni Reading Club, this gathering features a curated menu of traditional Shunde cuisine, thoughtfully paired with selected wines from different regions in China to explore how flavours and styles complement one another.
Mr Houghton Lee, wine expert and the author of Visiting Chinese Wineries, will join the evening to share insights into the development and distinctive characteristics of Chinese wines. He will also introduce notable and enjoyable reads on the subject, adding a literary dimension to the tasting experience.
This event offers a relaxed setting to explore new perspectives and connect with fellow alumni. Join us for an enjoyable evening of food, wine and reading. Seats are limited, so reserve your place today!
Alumni price: HK$350 per person (regular price HK$500 per person) (Menu)
Please note: Event places are limited and will be allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis. To encourage wider participation, priority will be given to alumni who have not previously, or have taken part less frequently, in activities organised by the Alumni Affairs Office. We appreciate your kind understanding and support.
