Her career began with valuable experiences that led her to Louis Vuitton, where she served as Merchandising Manager, overseeing more than 80% of the merchandising products for leather goods and accessories across North Asia. In that role, she honed her skills as a product specialist and buyer, driving significant business impact in one of the world's most iconic luxury brands.

Seeking new challenges, Winsy made a bold career pivot from the 'buy' side of retail to the 'sell' side of the auction world. Joining Christie's in 2016, she now leads the entire Handbags & Accessories department for Asia Pacific. Under her dynamic leadership, Christie's has consistently broken sales records in this category, solidifying its position as a market leader. She has curated groundbreaking sales, served in major cities including Hong Kong, New York, London, and Geneva, and played a key role in attracting new and younger collectors to the auction market.

Winsy's responsibilities span business development, client advisory, market analysis, and strategic curation — all while navigating the fascinating, resilient ecosystem of auctions that caters to an exclusive group of High-Net-Worth Individuals.
