The 2021敦礼为衣Rites as Clothes: the 5th Keqiao China International Formal Attire Design Competition and China International Formal Attire Culture Forum will be held online this year. Clothing is an important part of practicing etiquette and a symbol of national politics, economy, and culture. Its unique formal attire pattern and performance are related to the governance system of a large country and the personal cultivation of individuals. In order to inherit the excellent Chinese culture, we advocate the formal attire design concept of keeping pace with the times, which aims to enrich the contemporary clothing culture, broaden the space for artistic expression and use, highlight the height of social material civilization and spiritual civilization with clothing, enhance people's confidence in national culture, promote the development of local cultural and creative industries, and enhance the friendly exchanges of international clothing culture, improve the environment for clothing research and professional talent cultivation.
