Hong Kong's geriatric care sector faces severe demographic pressures, with frontline social workers frequently overwhelmed by manual paperwork and heavy administrative loads. We developed Beecare, an AI-driven operating system, to alleviate these burdens and improve service continuity. Our solution features three core functions: 
1. AI-Assisted Data Entry: Caregivers dictate service moments, which AI instantly converts into structured records. 
2. Centralized Workspace: A single platform eliminates tool-switching, ensuring information is centrally managed and accessible. 
3. Smart Automation: AI synthesizes entered data into customized formats for seamless output anywhere. By automating administrative tasks, social workers can reallocate their time toward providing direct psychological support to the elderly.

針對香港護理行業面臨的行政過載、工作流支離破碎與數字轉型障礙，我們結合社工用戶旅程打造了這款MVP原型 。產品具備三大核心功能：
1. AI輸入：護工口述即可直接生成結構化報告 。
2. 集中式工作區：整合表單填寫功能，無須切換工具 。
3. 智慧化輸出：一次輸入即可自動適配多種定製報告格式 。這不僅為社工減輕了行政負擔，也幫助安老機構降本增效，同時讓長者及其家屬能實時追蹤服務進度 。
