In a world saturated with digital communication, articulating true emotion through words is increasingly difficult. While music offers an escape, we often consume others' curated emotions rather than express our own. "Spatial Instruments" reimagines the relationship between the human body, interior space, and sound, treating body language as our most primal and honest form of expression. This project transforms a confined space into a playable instrument where physical movements, but not vocals, trigger melodic expression. Instead of playing single notes, users activate pre-composed musical loops through their postures, "conducting" their internal states through movement. The design is grounded in six basic emotions: Happiness, Sadness, Disgust, Fear, Anger, and Surprise. These are translated into different unique spatial configurations across three physical states: Standing, Sitting, and Laying.
