From Basics to the Future: Service Design in a Changing World by Ms Sunhera CARIAPPA
The world is changing faster than ever- and so is service design. In a time of rapidly evolving human needs, technology, and expectations, service design stands at the heart of creating meaningful, seamless, and truly valuable experiences.
The designers who will thrive tomorrow are not the ones who master today’s tools, but those who dare to adapt, and lead with curiosity.
The Impact of Participatory Programme Design by Ms Ruby, Wai Ting YONG
Discover The D. H. Chen Foundation’s participatory approach to designing programmes alongside its nonprofit partners, prioritising positive social impact through proactive community engagement and social resources optimisation to enhance individual and communal wellbeing.
Drawing insights from both the Foundation and its partners, foundation-year SD students will gain practical understanding of achieving meaningful goals through strategic collaboration – inspired by social design principles such as co-creation and human-centred methods.
