Summary
How do we move inclusive design from a theoretical goal to a repeatable, rigorous practice?
Drawing on her experience as former UX Research Lead of Google’s Central Accessibility Team, Andrea Wong discusses her journey in architecting and deploying the end-to-end inclusive research systems still used globally at Google today.
By creating inclusive design research practices from first principles to building the infrastructure for global adoption, she explores what it takes to identify systemic gaps and secure the cross-functional buy-in necessary to turn inclusive design into a scalable product reality.
This lecture is open to SD staff and students, and is part of the Information Design Lecture series. No registration is required. Seating is available on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
