Summary

As AI reshapes how products are built, design is no longer just about execution but about developing good taste, validation, and leadership. In this talk, Eva Li, a UX designer turned product leader and AI startup builder, shares real-world lessons from startups, venture labs, and corporates that rarely make it into textbooks. She will introduce the「快狠準」Idea Validation Framework, showing how designers can make faster, sharper decisions, reduce risk, and evolve their role to stand out and design for the future.

This lecture is open to SD staff and students, and is part of the Service Design Cluster Lecture series. Event registration (Deadline: 19 Jan, noon) is required.
