To cultivate awareness and concentration in our daily life, enhance our self-understanding, such as where our emotional reactions stem from, in order to take better care of outselves. It can also cultivate our self-compassion that can alleviate stress from work, close relationships and chronic pain.

A certificate will be issued if participant has 80% attendance

Psychoeducational E-materials

The series of psychoeducational e-materials aims to provide education and information about foundational mental health knowledge to the PolyU community. The e-materials cover topics of emotion management, stress management, interpersonal communication, positive thinking skills, and tips on enhancing psychological wellness.  Each e-workshop video is narrated in English with an approximate duration of less than 20 minutes.
