A wide variety of sports skill training course are provided for full-time students, with a view to facilitating their all-round development.

  • All courses are free of charge and offered at elementary level unless otherwise specified. 
  • Each student can only enroll for one course in a semester and no student can enroll the same course twice.
  • Please refer to the following schedule for enrolment (first-come-first-served).

  • Registered students who wish to drop the courses must make the cancellation by themselves via the enrolment website within the enrolment period and as soon as possible.
  • Registered participants MUST attend the first lesson of their registered courses. Absentees without advance notifice to the Counselling and Wellness Section (Sports Development) of SAO, or who are 15 minutes late, their vacancies would be taken up by stand-by students.
  • Stand-by students should turn up at the teaching venues in proper sportswear and sports shoes in the first lesson to see if there are any vacancies left.
  • No attendance will be taken after the lesson has started for 15 minutes.
  • The Counselling and Wellness Section (Sports Development) of SAO will provide all necessary sports equipment. Students should put on proper sportswear and sports shoes for attending the course.
  • If a class has to be cancelled due to inclement weather or venue maintenance, etc., our office will notify the participants of the subsequent arrangement as soon as possible.
  • Applicants should take note of their own health condition, and consider whether it is suitable for them to enrol in various sports activity. In case of doubt, please consult a doctor prior to enrolment.
