Wellness in Action
Wellness in Action is a year-round campaign with an aim to foster a thriving culture of wellness within the university community. Students are provided with a wide range of activities to boost their physical well-being. In addition, there is a WinA programme which enable students to grow and learn through listening to the inspiring stories of and communicating with the community leaders or outstanding individuals, as well as taking part in experiential activities, talks and workshops etc. We believe that putting wellness in action, students will be able to step out their comfort zone, achieve physical and psychological well-being, and most importantly, develop positive values.
