The Research Institute for Land and Space (RILS) is pleased to announce the appointment of its Director, Prof. DING Xiaoli, as Interim Dean of the Faculty of Construction and Environment (FCE), effective 1 October 2026.
Prof. Ding will succeed Prof. LI Xiang-dong, who has been appointed Vice President (Research), in leading FCE’s strategic development. On his appointment, Prof. Ding expressed his commitment to working closely with FCE’s key stakeholders to sustain the Faculty’s pursuit of excellence in education and impactful research. He also conveyed his sincere appreciation to Prof. Li for his leadership and guidance over the past years.
