The third lecture of the PAIR Distinguished Lecture Series was successfully held on 6 September 2022. We were honoured to have invited renowned scientist, Prof. Li Deren, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Member of the International Eurasia Academy of Sciences, and Professor of the State Key Laboratory of Information Engineering in Surveying, Mapping and Remote Sensing (LIESMARS), to be the distinguished speaker. The webinar was hosted by Prof. Christopher Chao, Vice President (Research and Innovation) of PolyU. It attracted over 300 participants from 24 countries and regions on Zoom, as well as over 18,000 online viewers on online-streaming channels.
