IT services for alumni

Upon graduation, students will continue to have email service and Wi-Fi access on campus. Your existing NetID and NetPassword will remain valid, allowing you to continue using them for accessing your alumni mailbox. You can conveniently view and manage your NetID profile at the PUsecure Identity Portal.

 

In addition, regarding your Connect email, the University will provide you with an online archive service. Specifically, emails older than six months will be automatically moved to the archive folder. This ensures that your mailbox remains primarily dedicated to recent messages. We hope this enhancement will facilitate simpler email searching and sorting for you.

 

To access your archived messages, you can use the free Outlook client for Windows or MacOS, or you can access Outlook on the web (OWA) on your computer. Alternatively, you can use OWA on the mobile Microsoft Edge browser by selecting "View Desktop Site." For detailed instructions, please refer to the online archive user guide.

 

All graduates are reminded to back up any personal data stored on the University IT facilities, as these will not be available to you upon your graduation. Please note that the data will be deleted after the expiry date and cannot be recovered.
