The June workshop will offer teachers hands-on experience in trial using the AI Marking Assistant tool and leveraging such for summer term subject assignment grading.

Discover the features and functions of the AI Marking Assistant that integrate with Blackboard’s online assignments and Grade Centre for grading student submissions. Explore the grading feedback comments generated by the model and leverage such to help students improve. - Hands-On Practice
An opportunity to run through hands-on trial using pre-created courses, assignments and sample student submissions to experience the process of using the AI Marking Assistant tool. This interactive session will allow you to familiarize yourself with the tool and see its capabilities in action. - Enhancing AI model grading alignment
Learn techniques to improve AI model grading alignment via a clear marking scheme and grading instruction, as well as sample submissions with teacher grades and discipline-specific prompts. Teachers can input grading notes and edit model feedback comments before synchronizing the graded results to the Blackboard Grade Center.
