Service Description
PolyULife is a native mobile app, which facilitates students the access of essential information for study such as personal class and exam timetable, payment due date, study information and push notifications to support students’ studies at PolyU.
Students can find a list of useful online resources to various student-related applications in this mobile app including classroom booking enquiry, eStudent, Library, PolyU Online Student Services (POSS), Scholarship, Job Board and etc.

Biometric Authentication (Registration)
Step 1:
Click Log on for personalized schedule, then select Enable Face ID now, Enable Touch ID now, or Enable Biometrics ID now as appropriate.
Step 2:
Enter your NetID and NetPassword, then click the Sign In button.
Step 3 (iOS only):
Click OK when prompted by the pop-up messages.

Service Level
All user requests are classified as level 1 to 3 depending on their impact and urgency.
- Level 1 – User Request Resolution Time: 1 day
- Level 2 – User Request Resolution Time: 3 days
- Level 3 – User Request Resolution Time: 5 days
