REFORMING FASHION - Online student fashion show

Quick response research to COVID-19 – Development of face mask
In order to provide an alternative to disposable face masks, an ad-hoc project on developing an effective antiviral, washable and reusable face mask is led by the ITC with other PolyU researchers.

Dr Chloe Ki publishes top downloaded paper
A paper written by Dr Chloe Ki and published in Psychology and Marketing has been recognized by Wiley-Blackwell as the one of the top most downloaded papers among work published between January 2018 and December 2019.

ITC students are Fashion Future Challenge Award 2019 Champion
One of the teams of ITC students with BA Years 3 and 4 students received Champion for their proposal “Sustainable Dyes” at the Fashion Future Challenge Award.

Knitwear sustainable solutions
UPW invited all BA Year 3 students who are majoring in Knitwear Design and Technology to take part in a sustainable design project, and provided them with used fabric swatches as the raw materials to recreate new designs.
