Aims and Characteristics

The programme is designed to train up students to become digitalization specialists who will lead innovation in the field of construction industry by adopting advanced digital technologies and data- driven approaches. Students are equipped with core principles and practical knowledge in traditional construction technology and management alongside in-depth and integrated understanding of various artificial intelligence and data analytics approaches through interdisciplinary and hands-on training.

Students attain Award Major in Building Engineering and Management (BEM) and Secondary Major in Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics (AIDA) in the 4 years of undergraduate studies.
