In July 2020, following the nomination from Prof. Albert Chan, Head of BRE, the CIOB (HK) underwent anexamination of Martin’s final dissertationunder a range of strictcriteria. Martin’s outstanding workpertinent to construction project management is an indispensable attributefor thesuccess in the Awards.
