His winning strategy integrates cutting-edge technologies like IoT, AI, robotics and drones to enhance safety, streamline maintenance and elevate the overall living experience for residents. My ultimate goal is to elevate the resident experience, improve service quality and promote aging in place.” Congratulations to Rui on this well-deserved recognition!
