We are pleased to share highlights of the recent "Start-Up Boat Game" workshop, expertly hosted by Li Ka Shing Design and Innovation Centre (LKSD&I).

The workshop aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to write effective business proposals. Through a boat journey theme, participants embarked on a distinctive entrepreneurial journey, charting their course from Problem Island to Future Island, representing the challenges and opportunities faced by startups. Throughout this interactive workshop, attendees delved into key aspects, including: understanding the business model canvas, identifying and defining business problems, analysing competitors, and calculating costs and expected returns. By the end of the workshop, participants will have the tools to craft comprehensive and compelling business proposals using the Start-Up Boat Game.
