簡歷

佘睿博士北京大學取得醫學學士和經濟學學士學位,其後香港中文大學賽馬會公共衛生及基層醫療學院取得哲學博士學位並接受博士後培訓。佘博士曾2017年在卡羅林斯卡醫學院的老齡化研究中心進行訪問學習。

佘睿博士致力於應用流行病學、心理和行為健康的理論和方法來評估一些關鍵人群面臨的心理和行為健康問題,探索影響心理行為健康水平的因素、交互作用和潛在機制,些關鍵人群包括老年人(共病功能和生活下降)、青少年(抑鬱、網路成癮)和滋病高危人群(心理壓力危險性行為。佘博士的研究興趣也包括運用跨學科方法和心理行為預手段以促進行為改變和改善健康,特別是對慢性病患者。佘博士作為項目的主要研究者,獲得醫療衞生研究基金的資助,通過自我肯定和實施意圖的心理行為預來提高高血壓患者的藥依從性。
