简历

畲睿博士于北京大学取得医学学士和经济学学士双学位,其后于香港中文大学赛马会公共卫生及基层医疗学院取得哲学博士学位并接受博士后培训。畲博士曾于2017年在卡罗林斯卡医学院的老龄化研究中心进行访问学习。

畲睿博士致力于应用流行病学、心理学和行为健康的理论和方法来评估一些关键人群所面临的心理和行为健康问题,探索影响心理和行为健康水平的因素、交互作用和潜在机制,这些关键人群包括老年人(共病功能和生活质素下降)、青少年(抑郁、网络成瘾)和艾滋病高危人群(心理压力危险性行为。畲博士的研究兴趣也包括运用跨学科方法和心理行为干预手段以促进行为改变和改善健康,特别是对慢性病患者。畲博士作为项目的主要研究者,获得医疗卫生研究基金的资助,通过自我肯定和实施意图的心理行为干预来提高高血压患者的药依从性。
