簡歷
蕭志康博士畢業於美國波士頓大學，獲授職業治療博士學位。二十多年來，他在公立醫院、大學、政府機構和社區累積了豐富的臨床經驗，涵蓋急性期、康復期及社區復康。 他最初在香港中文大學(中大)公共衛生學院擔任職業治療師，並在中大開發了一項試點性的一站式多學科協作基層醫療共用照護模式，負責職業健康與安全研究、教學以及為矽肺病和工傷患者提供臨床護理。他參與了2010年四川地震後的「站起來」計劃項目，負責職業治療服務，並為當地醫生和康復治療專業人員提供培訓。其後，他在香港專注服務家庭醫學診所的基層醫療服務，並自2012年起領導多學科護理師及專職醫療服務團隊。該團隊為慢性阻塞性肺病（COPD）和哮喘患者提供全面的一站式評估和基層醫療服務。 蕭博士是一位敬業的研究員，並對教育充滿熱誠。他曾受邀在中大、理大和東華學院擔任客座講師，並指導香港中大碩士研究生的研究項目。他擁有豐富的臨床研究經驗，曾擔任首席研究員或通訊作者，並在國際同行評審期刊上發表論文。他目前擔任《WORK: A Journal of Prevention, Assessment & Rehabilitation》的編委，並為本地及海外索引期刊擔任客席審稿員。
