简历
萧志康博士毕业于美国波士顿大学,获授职业治疗博士学位。二十多年来,他在公立医院、大学、政府机构和小区累积了丰富的临床经验,涵盖急性期、康复期及小区复康。 他最初在香港中文大学(中大)公共卫生学院担任职业治疗师,并在中大开发了一项试点性的一站式多学科协作基层医疗共享照护模式,负责职业健康与安全研究、教学以及为硅肺病和工伤员者提供临床护理。他参与了2010年四川地震后的「站起来」计划项目,负责职业治疗服务,并为当地医生和康复治疗专业人员提供培训。其后,他在香港专注服务家庭医学诊所的基层医疗服务,并自2012年起领导多学科护理师及专职医疗服务团队。该团队为慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)和哮喘患者提供全面的一站式评估和基层医疗服务。 萧博士是一位敬业的研究员,并对教育充满热诚。他曾受邀在中大、理大和东华学院担任客座讲师,并指导香港中大硕士研究生的研究项目。他拥有丰富的临床研究经验,曾担任首席研究员或通讯作者,并在国际同行评审期刊上发表论文。他目前担任《WORK: A Journal of Prevention, Assessment & Rehabilitation》的编委,并为本地及海外索引期刊担任客席审稿员。
