Food waste upcycling and food sustainability attracted considerable interest of the society concerning waste management, climate change, resource utilisation and food security. In FWFS2022 Conference, International Keynote Speakers will share the state-of-the-art scientific knowledge and overseas application experience, regarding (1) Innovative methods for upcycling/valorisation of food waste; (2) Development of sustainable, high-efficiency, eco-friendly and standardised food production practices; (3) Advancement of emerging food risks detection technique; and (4) Development of smart technology for the next-generation functional foods for human health improvement. The FWFS2022 Conference will provide an excellent opportunity for participants to exchange information with fellow scientists, engineers, policy-makers, and industrial personnel, with a wide spectrum of topics covering:

  • Food waste management and upcycling
  • Safe and sustainable food production
  • Smart technology & functional food development
  • Food security in emerging climate and pandemic situation
  • Emerging food risks and bio-safety
  • Nutrition and human health
  • Food policy and green finance, etc.
