Themed “Connecting with Employers to Nurture Future Talents”, the PolyU Career Fair 2023 highlights PolyU’s robust partnership with industries that nurture future leaders for society. Conducted in hybrid mode this year, the physical fair was held from 28 to 31 March on the PolyU campus. The opening ceremony was officiated by Prof. Ben Young, PolyU Vice President (Student and Global Affairs) in the presence of various guests of honour and tokens of appreciation were presented to long-term employers and diversity and inclusion supporters.

Apart from around 1,200 job openings provided by nearly 280 employers from different sectors and industries, the Fair also featured over 30 career talks and senior executive sharing sessions, which enabled students to gain industry insights and career information from organisations that included the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, Hong Kong Monetary Authority, Hong Kong Institute of Human Resources Management, The Hong Kong Institute of Bankers and The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers. Over 40 career advice sessions were also conducted to help students improve their CVs and job hunting strategies.
