Upcoming: Ms Janis Chan to deliver a talk in “Together We Dream, We Fly” series
The Student Affairs Office will host the “Dean of Students Talk Series 2022/23: ‘Together We Dream, We Fly’ – No Poverty Land” at the Jockey Club Auditorium. The talk will be delivered by Ms Janis Chan, renowned media professional and an inspiring role model. She will share her path and life experience to encourage young people. Students will also have the opportunity to interact with the speaker.
Ms Janis Chan was honoured as an inspirational role model in the annual “Touching China” awards in 2021, organised by China Central Television, with her prominent documentary series, “No Poverty Land”. The series was furthermore one of the twenty “Excellent Overseas Communication Works” selected by the National Radio and Television Administration in 2021. Ms Chan is also the Executive Director of Green Monday, a social enterprise group that promotes and enables green, healthy and sustainable living.
