Green Deck – A dream of turning grey to green
The environmental conditions of the area around the Hung Hom Cross Harbour Tunnel Toll Plaza have been a big concern of society for a long period of time. Located in Hung Hom for more than 60 years, PolyU has an innovative idea to help address the environmental issues and revitalise the district.
With a dream of “Turning Grey to Green”, the Green Deck, to be built right over the Toll Plaza, would be a unique social project bringing long-term benefits to our society. This innovative proposal will not only connect the adjacent areas, it will also form a landscaped platform accompanied by recreational and community facilities. And this is just part of what PolyU's Green Deck proposal would like to bring to society.
Let's watch the videoand learn more about the project.
