PAIR participated in the USR Summit Education and Action for a Sustainable Future (只有英文版本)

With unprecedented challenges threatening the world, interdisciplinary research has the strength to tackle issues that cannot be solved with traditional discipline-specific research. An interdisciplinary research hub established by The Hong Kong Polytechnic University showcased a number of impactful collaborative research addressing issues relating to climate change, energy shortage, ageing population and the recent pandemic in an international summit.

是次以「论产业数字化与智能化」为题的讲座由知名摄影测量与遥感专家丶中国科学院院士丶中国工程院院士丶国际欧亚科学院院士丶国际宇航科学院院士李德仁教授主讲。

2022智能可穿戴系统国际会议圆满结束

由香港理工大学（理大）智能可穿戴系统研究院（RI-IWEAR）主办的为期三日的智能可穿戴系统国际会议2022（ICIWS2022）于6月29日圆满结束。该会议包括材料、设备和加工，传感器、执行器和生物电子，能量收集和储存，以及系统集成和新兴应用四个主题，共邀请了29位专家分享了他们在柔性材料、传感器、能源设备、可穿戴电子系统集成的基础研究和应用的经验。

The PAIR Distinguished Lecture Series was successfully held on 17 May 2022. We were honoured to have renowned scholar, Prof. David Cardwell, Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Strategy and Planning), University of Cambridge, UK, as the invited speaker. The webinar was hosted by Prof. Christopher Chao, Vice President (Research and Innovation) and Chair Professor of Thermal and Environmental Engineering of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU). 智能可穿戴系统研究院举办的 “Adoption of Wearable Sensors in Construction Research” 网络研讨会于 2022 年 3 月16 日圆满结束。 研讨会由研究院核心成员李恒教授、理大建筑及房地产学系徐准旿副教授、香港科技大学土木及环境工程学系于言滔助理教授，以及香港城市大学建筑与土木工程系骆晓伟副教授分享他们对智能可穿戴系统传感器在建筑行业的各种应用的看法。
