PolyU and Shanghai University of Finance and Economics Sign Memorandum of Understanding to Expand Educational Exchange and Cooperation

On 5 January 2026, a delegation from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (SUFE) visited PolyU. The two institutions held a high-level meeting and exchange activities, and officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation, marking a new milestone in their partnership.

The SUFE delegation was led by Mr Xu Tao, Chairman of the University Council and Board of Trustees. Professor Jin-Guang Teng, President of PolyU, along with relevant faculty leaders, warmly received the delegation. Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on future collaboration. During the meeting, Professor Nancy Su, Head of the School of Accounting and Finance at PolyU, and Professor Jin Qing-Lu, Dean of the School of Accountancy at SUFE, formally signed the MoU, witnessed by President Teng and Chairman Xu. This agreement further expands educational exchange and cooperation between the two universities.

PolyU will continue to actively broaden its collaborative network with top mainland universities, dedicated to cultivating outstanding talents with a global perspective, promoting academic research and social service, and making greater contributions to national and regional development.
