創業中心 (InnoHub)

位於理大主校園賽馬會創新大樓四樓，自2017年3月成立以來一直致力於與學術界、商界、創業相關機構及天使投資者合作，推動社區創新創業。 

位於灣仔京港創新中心（BHIC），配備辦公室及工作站，為理大初創企業提供充滿活力的協作環境。該中心是支援培育初創企業，加速業務成長，促進創新創業的策略性平台。 

位於灣仔無錫香港科創中心（WX-HK STIC），配備辦公室及工作站，為理大初創企業提供充滿活力的協作環境。該中心是支援培育初創企業，加速業務成長，促進創新創業的策略性平台。 

為了進一步發展大灣區創業支援平台，理大已在南山區的理大深圳基地設立理大深圳創業中心，利用深圳及大灣區的龐大市場、產業和政府資源支援初創企業。 

理大杭州創業中心是在理大的內地技術創新研究院政策下創辦，位於拱墅區的創新中心，致力於扶助科技初創企業，尤其重視智能基礎設施及軌道交通、文化旅遊發展，以及生物醫藥等領域。創新中心利用杭州的行業優勢及大學資源，專注於培育具有高成長潛力及長期價值的科技企業。 

在理大內地技術創新研究院政策下成立的理大晉江創業中心，是香港理工大學與晉江市戰略合作的重要里程碑。該中心作為一個集創新、科研成果轉化與人才培育於一體的綜合平台，聚焦微電子、紡織服裝、食品、文化旅遊及醫療健康等重點產業，充分結合晉江的產業優勢與理大的學術資源，致力孵育具有高成長潛力與永續價值的科技驅動型企業。

InnoHub Wuhan serves as a strategic hub advancing medical and health industry innovation. Focusing on ophthalmology, digital health, rehabilitation sciences, advanced medical technologies, and smart ageing, Wuhan InnoHub integrates PolyU’s research strengths with Wuhan’s healthcare industry to drive technological breakthroughs and product development.

Shaoxing InnoHub focuses on smart textiles, modern residential construction, carbon fibre composites, and food nutrition and health, aligning closely with national strategies and local industry clusters. Located in the Keqiao District, the Shaoxing InnoHub marks a new phase of collaboration in technological innovation within the Yangtze River Delta. 

As PolyU’s key incubation hub in East China, Hefei InnoHub leverages local technological strengths and PolyU’s expertise to drive innovation in aerospace information technology and biomedical precision sensors, aiming to accelerate R&D and talent development to boost regional and national innovation.

Huizhou InnoHub supports early-stage innovation and entrepreneurship in electronics and sustainable technologies. It acts as a bridge between PolyU’s research capabilities and the Greater Bay Area’s fast-growing clean tech and electronics industries, nurturing talent and facilitating pilot projects.

The Nanjing InnoHub functions as an incubation platform for technological innovation and industry-academia collaboration. Focusing on strategic emerging industries such as artificial intelligence, life and health, green construction, and smart city development, Nanjing InnoHub leverages PolyU’s expertise and local resources to drive innovation, and support enterprise development.
