IBM SPSS licensing and renewal

IBM SPSS is a widely used statistical analysis platform supporting data preparation, modelling, analysis, and reporting for teaching, research, and administrative use.

Available Licensing Options

Starting from 2025/26, two SPSS package options are available for subscription by department users:

• SPSS (without Amos)
• SPSS with Amos

Annual License Renewal
SPSS licenses are issued on an annual basis and expire on 30 June each year. Departments should complete renewal arrangements in advance to maintain uninterrupted access.

How to Place an Order

To request a new or renewed license:

1. Access the SPSS License Requisition Form on the ITS website.
2. Select the required package option.
3. Submit the form online for processing.
