Objective

The objective of this workshop is to provide participants with a practical introduction to image generation using Generative AI, with a focus on developing effective prompt engineering skills for visual creation. Through demonstrations and hands-on exercises, you’ll learn how to use state-of-the-art AI models to generate useful and compelling images for academic, creative, and professional applications.

 

What You Will Learn

  1. Understand the basics of Generative AI and its applications in image generation.
  2. Explore leading image generation models, including Stable Diffusion, Flux, and Qwen-Image.
  3. Recognize the benefits, limitations, and challenges of using AI for image creation in academic and creative contexts.
  4. Develop practical skills in crafting prompts to guide AI models for optimal visual results.
  5. Apply image generation tools to but not limited to:
    - Content Creation (Social Media, Marketing & Advertising, Stock Photos)
    - Design & Prototyping (Graphic, Product, Architecture & Interior)
