Course Description:
- Leverage Student HPC Platform – CPU Cluster to run, test and develop the applications for research purpose.
- Run, test or develop the applications with multiple computing nodes and multiple CPU cores like Python, R and other HPC-aware applications in the Anaconda virtual environment.
- Learn the process to run your application with Singularity by demonstration on C application running with pre-built different OS and compiler docker images.
- Understand the execution of Deep Learning Python application with Singularity by using pre-built TensorFlow docker image.
