PolyU has continued to make progress in promoting environmental sustainability and healthy indoor environments. In 2024, we once again received the “10 Highest Participation Award” from the Environmental Protection Department, reflecting our ongoing efforts to support green practices.

All campus buildings have earned the “Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Certificate – Good Class”, providing a safe and comfortable environment for the University community. The Pao Yue-kong Library has further achieved the “Excellent Class” rating, demonstrating enhanced air quality standards.

Additionally, the Jockey Club Innovation Tower (JCIT) (excluding 12/F) has been recognized for its 10-year commitment to the IAQ Certification Scheme, underscoring the University’s long-term dedication to maintaining quality indoor environments.

Together, these achievements reflect PolyU’s unwavering efforts to create a sustainable, safe, and healthy campus for all.
