PolyU OSH Excellence Award 2026 – Call for Nominations
Nominations are now open for the PolyU Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Excellence Award 2026, which recognises outstanding staff members who have made significant contributions to enhancing workplace safety and health at the University.
Deadline for nominations: 29 May 2026
Eligibility
- Full time PolyU staff (individuals or teams) with at least 12 months of service.
- Each Unit may submit up to two nominations.
- Nomination requires endorsement by the Head of Unit.
Award Categories
- Overall
Gold (1) : HK$5,000
Silver (1) : HK$3,000
Bronze (1) : HK$1,000 - Thematic
Best Innovation Award (1): HK$3,000
Best Application of Technology Award (1): HK$3,000 - Shortlisted applicants will receive a HK$25 coffee cash coupon.

Assessment
Shortlisted nominees will be invited for a presentation and interview with the Judging Panel.
