PAIR 6003: Enrolment FAQ

Enrolment
  • The enrolment of the course “PAIR 6003 - Advanced Technologies” in academic year 2026/27 was ended on 31 August 2026.
  • A confirmation email will be sent shortly after successful course admission.
Duration

The course will take place every Thursday evening from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm (3 hours) for 12 consecutive weeks, starting from 10 September 2026 - 3 December 2026.

Tuition Fee
Enrolment to the PAIR Advanced Education Programme is free of charge. However, PolyU will charge an administrative fee for issuing each Certificate of Completion upon request.
Certificate of Completion
  • Participants fulfilling the minimum attendance requirement of 75% (9 out of 12 weeks) can apply for a Certificate of Completion for the entire course, issued by the PolyU Academy for Interdisciplinary Research (PAIR).
  • An administrative fee will be charged for issuing each certificate:
    • HK$2,000 for a certificate for the entire course
    • HK$500 for a certificate for completion of each week
    • PolyU alumni will receive a 50% discount on these fees
Venue
The course will be held at Senate Room, Room M1603, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and online simultaneously.
