As the Assistant Manager of the Community Making Team at J.C.DISI, Sheren focuses on researching, preserving, and reimagining local culture, uncovering the hidden forms and meanings woven through communities. To her, a community is a living organism that carries memories, emotions, and identities. She finds inspiration wandering sunlit neighborhoods, embracing nature and exploring the urban-rural edge, where she observes resilience and creativity amid change – insights that fuel her pursuit of culture as a driving force to connect people and spark social innovation.
