Paddy leads the newly established Community Making Team at J.C.DISI, focusing on social innovation initiatives and research that foster cross-disciplinary collaboration within and beyond PolyU. An alumnus of the School of Design and Department of Applied Social Sciences, he has over 15 years of experience in social planning, impact assessment and public engagement strategy, while actively advancing cross-sector projects in community art, social design and culture. Paddy has returned to teach social design degree module at PolyU since 2020.
