Karen leads the Spatial Innovation Team at J.C.DISI. She is a chartered town planner and project manager, specialising in urban integration and city management strategies. She leads participatory design initiatives that advance health, well-being, and shared value, with experience in transitional social housing, intergenerational play space design, age-inclusive planning, service re-engineering, and data-driven community planning. With a background in public administration and business strategy, Karen combines know-how, translational research, and social innovation to set new benchmarks for impactful community investment.
