In connection with the release of assessment results for Semester One of the 2025/26 academic year, we would like to draw your attention to the following arrangements:
Schedule for Release of Subject and Overall Results
The assessment results for Semester One of 2025/26 will be released via eStudent (My Results > Assessment Results) according to the following schedule:

Information that You Need to Know
- Students on Academic Probation (Student Handbook > 6. Assessment > C. Academic Probation)
Students on Academic Probation (i.e., students with GPA < 1.70) should complete the Form ‘Study Load for Students on Academic Probation’ (Form AR150) and meet with their Academic Advisors to finalise the subjects/credits to be taken in the following semester. - Appeal Against Assessment Results

Graduate of Undergraduate programmes can refer to the "Graduate Checklist" for subjects taken to fulfil the graduation requirements upon release of graduation overall results. If you have Free Elective requirement and have excess completed subjects, you can request to change the subjects taken for a better Award GPA. Please approach your programme offering department within 2 weeks from the release of graduation overall results for follow-up actions. - Transcript
of Studies for Graduates
Complimentary Transcripts (one in electronic format and one in paper format) will be available approximately one month after the release of your graduation overall results. While the electronic version will be uploaded to the official platform - ACVP.hk, to ensure you receive the paper version, it is essential that you provide your latest mailing address on eStudent (Graduation > Free Transcript Address). A separate email notice will be sent around early January 2026 when the system is ready for your action. Failure to provide this information may result in not receiving your complimentary paper copy.
