Diabetic patients who did not have complication screening in the past one year.

  • Promote self awareness and management
  • Evaluation of diabetic control
  • Early detection of diabetic complications
  • Reduce diabetic related morbidity and mortality

1. Weight, Height, Body Mass Index

2. Blood Pressure, Pulse

3. Visual Acuity Test

4. Retinal Photo

5. Foot Examinations

- Vibration Perception Threshold
- Ankle Brachial Pressure Index
- Foot Pulses
- Touch Sensation Assessment
- Skin, Joint and Nail Assessment
- Footwear Assessment

6. Laboratory Tests
- Blood Tests: Complete Blood Count, Liver Function Test, Renal Function & Electrolytes, Fasting Blood Glucose, HbA1c, Lipid Profile, CPK
- Urine Tests: Urinalysis, Microalbumin

7. Electrocardiogram (Resting)

8. Nursing Assessment and Lifestyle Counseling

9. Doctor Assessment, Results Interpretation and Review of Management Plan
