簡歷
曾志聰先生在香港理工大學取得物理治療學專業文憑和醫療護理學（物理治療學）理學碩士學位，並且擁有香港大學醫療科學碩士（醫學統計）學位。
曾先生曾於公立醫院的各個門診與住院專科工作。其後於1995至2011年間，他在瑪麗醫院物理治療部擔任高級物理治療師，並在1998至2011年兼任肌骨資深物理治療師，專注為住院病人提供肌肉骨骼復康服務。2011至2022年間，曾先生任職大口環根德公爵夫人兒童醫院、東華三院馮堯敬醫院與麥理浩復康院的物理治療部經理。
在臨床服務上，曾先生的專長是手部與上肢物理治療。他是香港物理治療學院的創院院士（肌骨物理治療），並於2016至2020年間擔任學院院長。現時，曾先生是香港物理治療學會副會長以及肌骨專研組主席。2010至2012年間，他擔任醫院管理局專職醫療部專職醫療循證實踐顧問小組召集人。另外，在2018至2020年間，他亦曾任香港特區政府食物及衛生局（現為醫務衛生局）的醫療衞生研究基金評審撥款委員會成員。
